The partnership request is made online from My Forum. Once the counterparts are validated, API-Mali issues the partnership agreement, which the person who filed the request signs electronically on the platform.
Payment is made in FCFA, by bank transfer only, against API-Mali’s invoice sent by e-mail: a single payment on signature, or two instalments (50% on signature, balance before the Forum opens). Bank details are set out on each invoice.
The counterparts are delivered before, during and after the Forum: digital visibility, on-site presence on 11 and 12 December 2026, review and post-event acknowledgements.
